Requesting a Refund
If you have paid by **cash**, refunds must be requested directly from the restaurant, as payment was made to their delivery driver, not to LetsOrder.
For **online payments**, contact our support team. If the refund is processed the **same day**, the amount will temporarily remain as account credit until the end of the day. If unused, it will be returned to your original payment method within **up to 3 working days**.
If refunded **after the original day**, funds will be transferred directly to your bank account, typically appearing within 3 business days.
Card Processing Fees
Some restaurants pass on the processing fees from credit card companies, usually around **£0.50–£1.00**. If you notice any unusually high charges, let us know so we can investigate.

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are determined by the restaurant. Some offer **free delivery**, which can be filtered on the menu page.
If you feel overcharged, you can submit a **Price Guarantee Claim**. Restaurants must maintain consistent pricing between their in-store menu and the LetsOrder platform.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled up to the point they are sent to the restaurant — usually around **45 minutes before the requested delivery or collection time**.
**Registered users** can cancel via their order history. **Guest users** should use the "Cancel Order" link in their confirmation email.
In rare cases, a restaurant may cancel your order after it has been accepted. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
