In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
- "Takeaway" refers to the food outlet you wish to place an order with.
- "Vocojet" / "us" means the trading name of Vocojet Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15886058, whose registered office is at Unit N & D Summerbank Studios, 38 High Street, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST6 5PB. Vocojet are the operators of this Website/Application.
- "Website" means takeaways.live
- "Application" means the takeaways.live mobile application that you use for placing food orders.
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If you wish to place an order with us, our Website/Application will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order to us, you will be given the opportunity to review and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order and that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting it. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please ask us for clarification.
Voucher Use
- Each voucher may include its own specific terms available online.
- Vouchers are typically for one-time use only and valid online with selected restaurants.
- Only one voucher may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Expiration and redemption limits apply; most are capped at 2,000 uses.
- LetsOrder can modify, cancel, or void any voucher at any time.
- No cash alternatives are offered, and vouchers cannot be transferred.
- Combining multiple vouchers or discounts is not allowed.
Our Role
LetsOrder connects customers with food outlets but is not responsible for the preparation or delivery. The contract is between you and the restaurant.
Ordering & Contracts
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation. The contract is finalized only once your order is accepted and dispatched by the takeaway.
Prices and availability are subject to change. LetsOrder may cancel or adjust orders in case of pricing errors or issues with stock.
How to Place an Order
- Ensure the takeaway is open.
- Add items to your basket.
- Review your selection.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your details.
- Submit your order.
- Receive confirmation by email or SMS.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is paid, it typically cannot be cancelled. Contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible if food prep has started.
Delivery Times
Delivery or collection times are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to deliver within the expected timeframe.
Feedback & Complaints
If you are unhappy with your order, use the feedback feature in the app or website. For serious concerns or refund requests, contact the takeaway directly. If unresolved, reach out to LetsOrder support within 48 hours, and we will mediate on your behalf.

Legal Terms
- Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- LetsOrder may change or remove services or site content without notice.
- If a clause is invalid, the rest of the terms remain applicable.
- A waiver of rights in one case doesn’t apply to future breaches.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by courts in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, depending on where you reside.
